The Cup That Changed Everything

Watch Seilyn, Adolfo, and their daughter Camila share the story behind their family-run coffee farm — and the dreams growing right alongside their harvest.

Life on the Farm

The Abarca farm sits at high elevation, where cool mountain air and nutrient-rich soil produce exceptional coffee. Their process includes hand-picking ripe cherries and using eco-conscious methods to conserve water and protect the health of their land. Many of their coffees are honey-processed, resulting in a rich body with natural sweetness and vibrant acidity — a flavor profile as beautiful as the people behind it.

At the very top of the farm sits a small wooden cabin, surrounded by misty trees and panoramic views of the valley below. It’s quiet. Peaceful. Sacred.

We’ve stayed there. Slept under its roof. Shared stories, meals, and long conversations with the family. It’s where we cupped coffee by candlelight and woke up to the sound of birds and distant laughter. It’s where our mission became more than a business — it became a calling.

A Relationship Beyond Coffee

This partnership isn’t transactional — it’s transformational. When we buy Seilyn’s coffee, we don’t just write a check. We share feedback. Plan long-term. Listen to her goals. We celebrate her wins and show up in the hard seasons, too.

When you buy a bag of Seilyn’s coffee, you’re supporting a woman-led family business built on grit, grace, and legacy. You’re helping Camila become an engineer. You’re sustaining a farm that gives more than it takes. You’re drinking a cup that carries a story.

“Camila wants to become an engineer so she can design better equipment for her father’s farm. When you buy this coffee, you help make that dream possible.”
