Our Mission
Coffee That Connects: From the Farmer’s Hands to Yours

We believe every cup has a greater purpose.
We started this journey with a question: What if coffee could do more than wake us up? What if it could help us live out our values, every single day?
The answer brought us to the mountains of Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Honduras, into the homes of farmers, the hearts of their families, and the soils where stories begin.
This is coffee with a conscience. A model that’s not just sustainable, but personal. A supply chain where everyone is seen.
Farm to Cup
Built on Relationships,
Not Transactions
We don’t buy coffee through brokers or co-ops. We build direct, long-term relationships with the farmers who grow it, people like Seilyn and Adolfo, whose daughter Camila dreams of engineering the machines her father needs to farm more sustainably.
We’ve walked their farms, tasted coffee side-by-side, and stayed in their homes. That’s how we ensure better-than-fair pricing, ethical practices, and genuine partnership, not just paperwork.
When you drink Lost & Found Coffee, you’re not guessing where your coffee came from. You know.
Small-Batch Roasted
Fresh, Flavorful, Focused
Every coffee we roast is a collaboration between us and our farming partners. We take what they’ve grown, the subtle fruit notes, the honey-process brilliance, the high-elevation clarity, and roast it to bring out the best in every bean.
Our Portland roastery produces in small, intentional batches to guarantee peak freshness and maximum flavor. Weekly roast schedules mean your coffee never sits on a shelf. It’s roasted with care and delivered fast.
We don’t just chase trends or roasts for shock value. We roast to honor the farmer, highlight the story, and give you the most delicious cup possible.
Sustainable & Ethical
Real Impact, Not Buzzwords
“Ethically sourced” means nothing unless you can prove it. So we built our entire business to make sure you can.
We pay above-market pricing directly to farmers. We prioritize environmentally regenerative farms that protect pollinators, conserve water, and care for the land. We spotlight women-led farms and invest in the next generation of growers. And when we grow, they grow with us.
To us, sustainability is personal. It’s names, faces, and futures.
Our Name: Lost & Found
We chose the name Lost & Found because that’s what this journey has been. A recovery of purpose. A reconnection to people. A rediscovery of what really matters.
When you buy a bag of our coffee, you’re not just getting something better in your mug, you’re becoming part of a movement that’s changing the story of coffee for good.
